I was in the city the other day. I always say “the city” as if the entire world knows exactly which city I am talking about-New York City, of course. And I bet that right now you are picturing the city in your head, with all of its elegance and dirtiness. Being a Long Island girl, I never really feel at home in the city even though I go there quite frequently. I never can get used to the noise and volumes of people and taxis and buses and city bikes whizzing by.

Why I Believe That More People Should Ride City Bikes
November 2nd, 2012
Greg Diener Being a small child I can recall when I rode a bicycle for the first time in my life and getting the rush and sensations that came from being on two wheels. There was nothing I enjoyed then getting outside and taking my bike out on the street for a couple of minutes each day. Now that I have a car, I really don’t have any time to ride a bicycle anymore, but it has become a need for some people. In urban spaces there are many individuals learning how to operate city bikes, some of them are even trying to use a bike for the very first time.
Commuter Bikes Beats Other City Travel
September 29th, 2012
Eric Santucci I originally thought a long time ago that I would be able to find my first stable job with a salary right here in the familiar suburbs. The truth is though that while there are some jobs around the suburbs, there is more to be offered by jobs and internships in the heart of the big cities nearby. Naturally, I’ll find that it is better to flock there for work rather than struggling to do so in suburbia. This brings up the matter of having a way to get around in the city since I’ll need a way to quickly get from a job to an apartment, for example. The best way, in my opinion, is making use of a commuter bike to traverse the city for work.
